Production Worker/Industrial Meat Cutter
We are passionate about producing premium pork products. Our drive for excellence has created a global demand for our pork. As a Production Worker/Industrial Meat Cutter, you will work hands on with our team processing meat and preparing primal cuts for local, national, and international premium markets.
Salary & Benefits
HyLife Production Workers/Industrial Meat Cutters start at a wage of $16.45/hr, not including shift premiums or attendance bonuses. This position includes wage growth potential to $24.60/hr, and employees are always encouraged to pursue additional advancement opportunities throughout the company!
Our compensation package includes:
- Starting wage of $16.45/hr

Employment Requirements
If you already have experience as a butcher or trimmer, let us know! And if not, we’re always happy to train the right candidates.
Other position-specific requirements include:
- Ability to work in a physically-demanding role
- Capable of performing repetitive, manual tasks while standing for extended periods
- Openness to working in temperature-controlled environments
- Effective communication in English
- High School graduation or equivalent (preferred)

HyLife covers housing costs for the first month of your employment and then extends affordable housing availability to you thereafter.

The town of Neepawa is located 45 minutes Northeast of Brandon, MB, and 2 hours Northwest of Winnipeg. Its population is about 5,680 people, with many a part of our 1700-plus workforce at our Neepawa Pork Plant. There are many amenities for locals, from local shops to walking paths, and beaches and many freshwater lakes are nearby.
